We present simple and elegant cuisine in a relaxed and casual atmosphere –creating the perfect culinary retreat for busy people who enjoy entertaining at home. Everydaychef's culinary signature is their flair for spiking classic favorites with fresh and unexpected flavors- the Baja influence is strong. Hors d'oeuvres for a Friday night with friends might include Cilantro Lime Grilled Shrimp with Chipotle Aioli, Roasted Tomato Salsa, Spiced Hummus Baskets and Spicy Tuscan Chapatti. Calvin keeps entrees simple and elegant: Baja-style fish tacos, sweet cream salt and pepper butter grilled steak, Grilled side of salmon or Pork Chops stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach.
