Calvin Rouse, Owner of Everyday Chef recently attended our Tai Chi class taught by Chris Gonzalez. Initially, Calvin viewed Tai Chi as most people have: old men moving slowly. But in taking the class, the physical and mental energy he exuded was refreshing. He never knew Tai Chi was a fighting art but now understands how to apply the slow, graceful movements into effective offensive and defensive moves leaving him with added confidence and inner strength.
